I consider myself incredibly blessed. Not only did I marry a wonderful man, outstanding in character and extremely cute - but I also married into an already made family. I have three fantastic step sons, Brandon, Jordan and Jacob. We are growing into a family, learning about each other and learning what makes us a family.

I had an extremely fortunate childhood, growing up in South Africa in the best place for kids to explore and play. Our family immigrated to Canada where I experienced a whole new world. From there I had an incredible opportunity to move to Sunny California which I now consider home. It's a nice warm change from snow and ice in the frozen great north. I also spent a year in France serving with Campus Crusade as a short term missionary. What a wonderful blessing God gave me enabling me to live in four countries and learn a little from each one.

I love to travel and see new places or revisit old favourites. There are so many things to see and not nearly enough time. Gary and I were able to travel around Europe a little bit together and see so much, so quickly. Information overload. We went through France, Germany, Switzerland and Italy in about two weeks (pictures coming soon).

A highlight was when I went skydiving with a friend of mine. We slipped off not telling anyone and went and jumped out of a perfectly good plane. Actually she didn't even tell me where we were going at first but I went along for the ride. No regrets - I can't wait to jump again!

Two older brothers is quite enough growing up. I have a bro in the snow and one in the sun. Dave (David Bruce Hulley) is the olderst and he lives in sunny South Africa. Richard (Richard Neil Hulley) is the middle kid from the Great White North, eh. It's hard to get the three of us together but when we are it's never ending laughs. Heeeeeeee! Love you guys.

Can't forget to mention wonderful friends. They are like the icing on a well decorated cake. Not only making it beautiful but also making it a little sweeter. Thanks to everyone for touching my life in so many ways, for accountability, encouragement and good times together. Especially thanks to my wonderful and patient husband, Gary, for sticking with me through the good, bad and the ugly. God blessed me so much by putting us together and being the glue to keep us together.
